PAYMENT / DEPOSIT POLICY- Upon reservation, a 50% deposit on the rent, tax, and cleaning fee will be collected to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of your deposit will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
HOLIDAY PAYMENT / DEPOSIT POLICY- This policy applies to all reservations that are between the dates of December 15 and January 15.  Upon reservation, a 50% deposit on the rent, tax, and cleaning fee will be collected to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of your deposit will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. 
CANCELLATION POLICY- If cancellation is submitted in writing more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 10% of the initial booking deposit will be forfeited and the balance of deposit will be refunded back to the client within 7 days of cancellation.  If a reservation is canceled in writing 30 days to 6 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Rental and Tax amount will be charged.  Any remaining balances will be refunded back to tenant within 7 days of written cancellation. Reservations cancelled 5 days or less from arrival date are 100% non-refundable.

Trump Tower Reservations
PAYMENT / DEPOSIT POLICY- An Initial Deposit equal to one (1) night of rent and tax will be collected to confirm your reservation and will be applied to the final balance. The remaining balance of your deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. 
HOLIDAY PAYMENT / DEPOSIT POLICY- This policy applies to all reservations that are between the dates of December 15 and January 15.  Upon reservation, an Initial Deposit equal to one (1) night of rent and tax will be collected to confirm your reservation and will be applied to the final balance. The remaining balance of your deposit will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To offer you the best services possible, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.  However, to help protect your vacation investment, Hawaii 5-O Vacation Rentals is able to include travel insurance through Travel Guard as part of your reservation. Travel insurance is typically at a cost equal to 7% of the rent, tax and cleaning total of your reservation.
