Newly constructed in 2010, this 5-bedroom property boasts impeccable taste in design, stunning ocean views, and luxury appointments throughout. While the entire villa is surrounded by white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and dramatic vistas, you may find yourself spending more time outside of the house enjoying the nearby activities.

With a private beach access to Three Tables beach park, and a short stroll to Waimea Bay, you have direct access to some of the most notable locations on the North Shore. During the summer, the warm waters are as flat as a lake, perfect for swimming, diving, snorkeling, or lounging beachside. During the winter, the more adventurous can surf the famous North Shore swell. Pipeline, Sunset, Waimea Bay, and Laniakea Surf breaks are all within minutes from your private villa. For those who prefer to stay out of the pounding surf, the winter brings Humpback Whales, along with incredible surf contests across the shore.

When you need to take a break from the action, Historic Haleiwa town is just 10 minutes away for dining, shopping. Or, if you like to be papered, you can take a trip down to Turtle Bay to enjoy their spa and fine dining restaurants.
